1/22/2024 0 Comments Stockfish chess move analyzerStockfish uses the C++ computer programming language. It went through a series of changes and tunings and made its debut in its present form as recently as April 2022. The first variant of Stockfish was aptly called ‘Stockfish 1.0’. Stockfish was opened to the public for the first time in November 2008. With the help of several other open-source developers such as Joost VandeVondele, Stephane Nicolet, Stefan Geschwentner, Gary Linscott and Joona Kiiski, Stockfish evolved from a rudimentary chess engine to the world’s finest by 2017. After his departure, the onus of developing the nascent chess engine further fell on the shoulders of a closely-knit chess community. It was then modified and upgraded by Marco Costalba four years later.īut Costalba announced that he would be leaving the Stockfish project in June 2014. What came to be called the ‘Stockfish chess engine’ traces its roots in a chess engine built by Tord Romstad in 2004 named ‘Glauring’. Anybody using the Stockfish chess engine can engage in reading its code, feel free to adjust it, and contribute to its ever-expanding prowess. It has a GPLv3 licence, and it can be accessed by anyone free of cost and is updated continuously by members of chess communities on a day-to-day basis. The novelty of the Stockfish chess engine lies in its ‘open source’ nature. This is one name that is known and trusted by millions of chess players worldwide. Well-known chess engines such as Fritz, Shredder Chess, AlphaZero, and of course Stockfish can be downloaded by anyone with a computer, smartphone or tablet.Īs per the views of several chess experts, the Stockfish chess engine is the most potent chess engine available today. The last few years have seen a manifold increase in the number of chess engines available in the public domain. This momentous occasion is widely accepted to be the beginning of the domination of chess engines in the global chess arena. That year the then reigning world chess champion Garry Kasparov lost to a chess engine named ‘Deep Blue’. The first time a chess engine shook the chess world was in 1997. A chess engine is a computer programme that aids in examining the various movements of chess, and it then comes up with a suggestion of chess moves that it deems to be the surest way to victory. Before we engage with the topic of the day – ‘ What is Stockfish chess?’, it is essential that we first deal with the meaning of the term ‘chess engine’.

Set up your netflix commands for the second hub under your wife's account as a routine and try it. The way its set up is somewhat confusing because multiple TVs and cable boxes and hubs came up after searching devices I just got lucky with the tv I picked but now my cable box stays on when the secure command is given but it really has no effect on using TV commands or operation at this point. I'm new to the "routines" and am working through them slowly. BUT as I said last time I can switch accounts too!. I'm not sure how the routine to each TV will work as I haven't set any up to be specific to a hub other than operating the TV with the her account. I don't know if my account is like master and slave because I set up 99% of whole house commands under my account. NOW, thats not to say it would work the other way. I have one routine thats " secure the house" which turns off all the lights, locks the doors and turns the living room TV off and turns on the light in the bedroom. It doesn't matter which account I use but it works. Yes, they are linked but her account just runs that second hub and whole house commands. I know this will all sound confusing as it is to me even.My whole house routines work regardless of which account I use. This is especially true if you want your system to be usable by your spouse, kids, guests, parents, etc. For now, my vote to this original post is definitely multiple Amazon accounts so that you can keep the Entertainment system controls identical between rooms. I really hope they add this ability sooner than later. Am I in Mark's Bedroom or Jamie's Bedroom? Is this the upper hallway or the stairwell? This ability is clearly possible as you can turn some functions on/off by Echo name already and multiple Echo's already have algorithms to determine which one is closer to you. Users want to be able to say, "Alexa, turn on TV" or Alexa, "Turn off lights" without having to constantly remember which room they are in. I have this issue with both Lutron Homeworks and Harmony Hub integration. This highlights one of my overall biggest frustrations with Echo, in most cases you cannot bind functions to specific Echos and this really needs to happen for these devices to really take off as true smarthome hubs. I am sure this is user error trying to set everything up on my end but I also researched and note that with "Yonomi", one is basically going to be limited with ONE of the room's entertainment devices commands to basically On/Off as in no "Alexa commands - volume control, channels switching, and whatnot"?Ĭan those familiar as per this thread and my situation chime in on the most desirable route to go as this Alexa-Smart Home integration has become a bit disappointing and confusing to me? Usage of the "Yonomi" app, of which I have attempted but the damn thing still is not distinguishing between the two separate room hubs and often turning off/on the living room TV instead of the bedroom TV. Curious what additional benefits would be going this route or if this would be the simplest most desired way to go? Purchasing the "Samsung Smart Hub" and apparently it can link simply to BOTH Logitech Hubs & assign thorough Alexa voice control commands as I desire? (I see one of these are going to set me back aprox $100 on Amazon). The creation of "Multiple Amazon and/or Logitech Accounts" Of which I am a bit uncertain of the process if both are needed and then the Logitech Hubs can be actually used with the better Alexa Logitech Skill to obtain the more advanced commands rather than on/off for said TVs, Soundbar, ect.? I've read a few of the suggested workarounds in this thread and to be honest, I am not sure what the best route to move forward is. Should have done my research as unfortunately I find a bit of a problem doing this simply. Most recently, I bought the "Logitech Smart Home" Hub/basic remote system to configure in my bedroom in hope to have the same functionality as in my original first paragraph above. (I don't even use the remote) Bought for the Alexa voice integration. My original and currently working as desired in main room (living room) Logitech device is the "Elite combo w/ the pretty color touch screen remote". Found this site researching how/if possible to use 2 separately purchased "Logitech Hub" devices in multiple rooms for FULL control "Alexa" voice commands to (for example): Turn TV on/off - Volume control - Change Dish Network channels, ect. To my surprise, they put it into my library for free. Recently I asked if they would release a pack I hadn’t bought when I had the chance. And the puzzles are good - pictures you actually like. At the beginning of the pandemic, they offered a free pack every week. This app shines because of the developers, and their customer service. The developers release free packs every month. Puzzle packs are cheap, but if you don’t want to spend money, no problem. It has everything I want: great pictures, a choice of sizes, and the ability to make your own puzzles. I’ve used this puzzle app for years, and I love it. The best puzzle app, and the best developers Hi there, thanks for the ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems with the app - would you get in touch with out support team who'll be happy to investigate further with you I look forward to hearing from you! it's very relaxing, and it's nice to be able to work on a puzzle and know my cats won't knock all the pieces around. it would also help if the picture loaded at a size appropriate to the screen rather than at 100% zoom. sometimes while i'm doing this, the picture will rotate slightly, and i can almost never get it back in line. the picture opens completely zoomed in, and i have to very carefully pinch to zoom out. the other thing which frustrates me is when i try to create my own puzzles. when this happens, it will sometimes take a few taps to finally be able to move the piece. i'll tap and drag only to find i just moved my finger. one, sometimes it doesn't seem to recognise when i've put my finger on a piece to drag it. I've been using this app for years, and it's even better on my new 10.2" iPad, but i find a few things frustrating. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review, and happy puzzling!! Yes, square puzzles are still on our roadmap. But if you contact support they can best advise you. That way you get exactly what you want, and not what we think you'd like!įor your question about deleting / restoring, please contact our support team on email to We don't recommend deleting the app, as it means you'll lose your created puzzles. We are thinking of adding something like this, which let's you chose your own puzzle images from the packs. Thanks for your suggestion for "make your own bundle". That way the old ones are still visible, and your new one will appear at the top and is easier to find. It's always better to create a NEW review, rather than edit an old one. Thanks for leaving another wonderful review. How about a “Make Your Own Bundle?” I love the I really like the colorful and holiday bundles puzzles. I still think I would spend more money on puzzles (I really like puzzles) if I had a little more say in what goes into the bundle. I haven’t seen or heard anything for a long time. (My husband jokes that why do I care what the puzzles look like if all I’m doing is arranging the memorized places for the pieces. For example, make all of the pieces resemble something or just in a different pattern. Have an option available for changes in the puzzle piece shape. Have some puzzles available in portrait or square mode just for variety. I’m pretty sure that I would spend more on those than looking for pictures of my own to make puzzles. Throw 100 or so puzzles out there and let us choose our own. I usually enjoy the bundles you have but I’d like to see a place where I could buy puzzles for what…about 10¢ apiece out of a selection that you’ve make available. Being able to select puzzles for a bundle of my own. Thank you for your continued efforts to make great puzzles! I enjoy many aspects of this app, especially where I can make my own puzzles. In fact, one way to shorten the life of your fish is to keep them alone and isolated. They are very social and love to have other fish around. This means they shouldn’t be kept with aggressive fish species as they can’t get away and will be heavily stressed or could even be killed.įancy goldfish, however, play well with others. They are slow swimmers, which means they generally can’t chase other fish or escape other fish. Fancy Goldfish Behaviourįancy goldfish are generally peaceful and calm animals, spending most of their time in the mid-levels of their aquarium. If you take care of them well, goldfish can live for 5-10 years, depending on what type of goldfish you own. You are able to pick your personal favourite sub species. And it is this variety that continues to draw people to goldfish. Goldfish are generally identified by their double fins and their egg-shaped body, though there is a variety of shapes available. Skilled breeders skilfully bred for the fancy goldfish we see today, for the mesmerising colours, beautiful fins, and fantastic shapes. Unlike their wild ancestors, modern goldfish are the results of centuries long selective breeding originating in Ancient China over a thousand years ago! Over the years, these fish spread to Japan, Europe, America, and eventually the rest of the world. Goldfish are closely related to carp, though carp tend to be much bigger. They were selectively bred to produce the variety of sub species we have today. Goldfish are freshwater fish from the Cyprinidae family, originating in East Asia. Today we are going to go through a beginner’s guide to fancy goldfish and show you they’re more than just a starter fish! Where Do Fancy Goldfish Come From? And, as low maintenance fish, they are the perfect package for beginner and expert aquarists alike. They are a beautiful combination of dazzling colours, majestic fins, and graceful swimming, making them popular fish around the world. If you have an aquarium and want to add a unique and interesting fish, then fancy goldfish are the perfect choice. But these peaceful, classic fish are rewarding pets and can be the highlight of your aquarium. They are often seen as starter fish or starter pets for children and beginner pet owners because they are considered more robust than other fish. When it comes to keeping fish, goldfish are the first that come to people’s minds. 1/21/2024 0 Comments Nuggets roster forwards(Photo by Hyoung Chang/The Denver Post) 7 Reggie Jackson Denver Nuggets Christian Braun poses for a portrait at Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Saturday, October 2, 2023. Have half a dozen factories in US that will complete upgrades in 2-3 months but those added lines will be a drop in bucket compared to current production shortfalls.Ī) Not sure exactly when US enters war so hesitant to start any more upgrades at this time, plus the cost of adding upgrades has reached prohibitive levels so really need to start looking at doing redesigns instead which obviously would take longer.ī) Considering I'm now missing out on something like 15,000 sales a month despite my vehicles being some of most expensive on market do I try raising prices across the board looking to milk a much profit as possible before US gets into war or just maintain current prices? (I'm turning a healthy monthly profit already despite number of missed sales due to lack of production space.)Ĭ) I have almost no contracts currently which is a bit unusual for me. However by start of 1916 I once again could not meet demand and that situation has continued to get worse. Initially loss of sales in Western Europe meant I was once again seeing some idle factory lines in North America though I was still making good profit. After switching the factories and branches to ACP control I sold off the Marque and a couple branches in cites I wasn't interested in, then set about upgrading and redesigning the branches and Factories there.īy 1914 and start of WW1 I had paid off the Bond and loan, was turning a profit despite still having a number of major factory redesigns in process that won't complete until 1919-20. Took short term bond, plus long term loan and bought out a European company that had a number of factories throughout Western Europe and more or less blanketed all of Western Europe with branches. Had initially thought to wait until WW1 before expanding to Europe but as I was debt free, turning a healthy profit and had some excess production decided to take plunge early. At that point the constant factory building/upgrades/redesigns finally was able to out produce demand. Was in constant state of growth where often factories couldn't meet demand for all vehicles.īy 1910 had branches in all North American cities and Factories in most US cities. Using the auto-production setting so wouldn't bog down trying to micromanage production numbers. Did my usual 1900 start with HQ in Pittsburgh with branches and factories getting added to US cities. 1/21/2024 0 Comments Automate slack statusThis helps you because your phone never locks and you can keep your status as green.
